The Owner
Phil Carter, the company's owner, is a highly trained and experienced civil engineer. In May of 1991, he graduated from Old Dominion University with his Bachelor of Science in Construction and Civil Engineering Technology. He then worked as a quality assurance manager until July of 1994, when he created Advanced Engineering Construction. Phil's experience spans from custom woodworking to drainage systems to stuctural repairs and beyond. Attention to detail and customer satisfaction are two principals that the company was founded on, and still upholds to this day. Phil insures that any work with his company name on it is no less than top notch.
